Damaged or Missing Products
If for any reason you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can promptly investigate and resolve the issue. Our management team will review every claim and provide a replacement or credit when appropriate. Replacement items are only sent for defective or damaged products.
In the rare case your package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter. This may include replacing, crediting, or refunding your order as necessary.
Returns and Refunds
